Our present product range is:
- Power & Distribution Transformers upto 500MVA, 500kV
- Special Purpose transformers like Furnace Transformers, Earthing Transformers
Our standard core construction is from CRGO silicon steel laminations.
Windings are crossover/helical/continuous disc type with multiple conductors and transposed at regular intervals to achieve desired eddy current losses. Complete core & coil assembly is dried and impregnated in a specified heating and vacuum cycle. All tanks are tested for leakage and are reinforced to withstand pressure and vacuum that would occur during service. Before painting, shot blasting is applied on each and every tank & sub assembly to remove all scale & dust so as to achieve rust free surface.
