	Dinesh Singhal	He is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since 1976. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (formerly known as University of Roorkee). He has over 40 years of experience in the transformer manufacturing industry. He was previously associated with the Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises as president and the Indian Industries Association as president. He is currently associated with Kanohar Lal Trust Society, a non-profit organisation supporting education for girls, as president, and is an independent director on the board of Shivalik Small Finance Bank Limited and a director on the board of Forum of Aided Colleges for Higher Education.
	Adesh Singhal	He is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since 1981. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (formerly known as University of Roorkee). He has over 40 years of experience in the transformer manufacturing industry. He leads our Company’s engineering and quality assurance functions. He is currently associated with non-profit organisations such as Kanohar Lal Trust Society as a member of the trust and Meerut Children Welfare Trust as a board member of the trust.
	Vivek Singhal	He is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since 2000. He holds a bachelor’s degree of technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has over 24-25 years of experience in marketing, business development, and strategy, driving our Company’s pan-India expansion and diversification into EPC substations and transmission lines.
	Abhishek Singhal	He is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since 2002. He holds a bachelor’s degree of technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has over 22-23 years of experience in design, technology development, and systems integration. He leads our Company’s design and development activities, along with overseeing our Company’s enterprise resource planning, computer aided engineering deployment, and IT infrastructure.

She holds a provisional bachelor’s degree in economics from Ranchi University and a master’s degree of arts in economics from University of Allahabad, a master’s degree in international law and economics from the World Trade Institute and a doctorate in economics from University of St. Gallen. She has over 10 years of professional experience. She is currently associated with Satin Creditcare Network Limited as an independent director and Aston University as professor of international trade policy, and was previously associated with Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade as a trustee director.
	Anil Bhardwaj	He is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Kurukshetra University, Haryana and a master’s degree in business administration (international business) from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences. He has over 29 years of experience in MSME policy and industrial and trade promotion. He is currently associated with Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises as secretary general.
	Ashok Kumar Goel	He is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (formerly known as University of Roorkee). He has over 27 years of experience in the business of manufacturing and sale of scientific and electrical instrumentation. He is currently self-employed providing consultancy services through ANG Consultants. He was previously associated with M/s Digitech as partner.
	Ram Kumar Chugh	He is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (electrical engineering) from University of Delhi and has also completed a management education programme from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an advanced management course conducted by Siemens Limited. He has over 43 years of professional experience. He is currently associated with Omax Autos Limited as an independent director and was previously associated with Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association as President and Siemens Limited as vice president.

	Shiv Kumar Kamboj	He is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 1996 and was appointed as our Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 14, 2025 pursuant to a Board resolution dated August 14, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (formerly known as Meerut University) and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounts. He is responsible for overseeing the finance and accounts of our Company. He has been previously associated with Shivaya Laminations Private Limited as accounts controller and Inter Software and Technologies (India) Private Limited as executive (accounts).
	Neha	She is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2025 as manager - secretarial. She was appointed as the company secretary of our Company with effect from August 14, 2025, and as the compliance officer of our Company with effect from September 3, 2025 pursuant to resolutions passed by our Board dated August 14, 2025 and September 3, 2025, respectively. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi and a bachelor’s degree in law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She also holds a master’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi. She has more than 11 years of experience in secretarial matters. She is responsible for secretarial compliance and regulatory affairs of our Company. She has been previously associated with P.P. Jewellers Private Limited as assistant company secretary and Nipro PharmaPackaging India Private Limited as deputy manager & company secretary (finance & accounting).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (engineering) from Punjab University. He has over 43 years of experience in the field of marketing. He is responsible for the marketing, business development and customer relations of our Company. He was previously associated with Crompton Greaves Limited as marketing manager.
	Mohd Azad Khan	He is the President - Transmission Line of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 2, 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (mechanical engineering) from Aligarh Muslim University. He has also completed an integrated programme on transmission lines conducted by the National Power Training Institute, ISO 9000:2000 series auditor/ lead auditor training course conducted by BSI Management Systems Training, United Kingdom and an integrated internal auditor course on ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1996 & OHSAS 18001:1999 conducted by BSI India Private Limited. He has over 30 years of experience of professional experience. He currently leads the transmission line EPC function in our Company. He was previously associated with KEC International Limited as chief manager-marketing & business development, Unitech Power Transmission Limited as general manager (project and BD), modern malleables limited (Formerly known as Modern Malleable Casting Works Limited) as deputy manager and Scantec (India) Private Limited as field engineer.
